  • Course availability, content, and structure may change as programs are updated or improved.
  • Completion of coursework does not guarantee academic credit, graduation, certification, or financial outcomes unless explicitly stated.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Access

  • Access to grade-level courses is provided through paid subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
  • Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or loss of access to courses and materials.
  • No refunds are guaranteed unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use materials solely for personal educational purposes while enrolled. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes

Prosper Prep emphasizes financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real-world skill development. However:

  • We do not guarantee income, employment, business success, or financial results.
  • Individual outcomes depend on effort, circumstances, and external factors.

Educational content is provided for learning purposes only.

7. Platform Availability
